This workshop series will help you overstand yourself, your situation and your career from three perspectives.
The Personal Perspective - The key to accomplishing goals is to know how to regulate your personal energy toward them. When you struggle to do this for yourself, you end up wasting a lot of your time and resources on things that don’t really matter or don’t really help you move forward. If you want to live an enjoyable life, you have to organize and prioritize your needs so you have the energy and mental clarity to accomplish your goals.
The Business Perspective - Building a reputation that others trust is the key to your financial success. Having the ability to identify and articulate who you are and the value you offer from this perspective will help you negotiate on your behalf, raise your rates/salary, gain recognition, build influence and help others along the way. Your reputation is both what you do and what others say about you. You can't control others, but you can control what you promise and how you deliver.
The Cultural Perspective - To be uniquely you, you need support. Finding a community to contribute your gifts fills your heart with a sense of belonging that fuels your passion to produce results. If you don't have this, you will unintentionally seek it from everyone you meet and in everything you do and say. The more unique you are, the more you need to educate your community about your value.
