Many people talk about passion in a way that is disempowering. When they say "I've lost my passion for X." They usually mean, "I've lost interest in X.”
When you say you've lost your passion for something that you’re clearly investing energy in, you’re not knowing what you’re passion actually is.
Passion is the emotional energy you put into what you do. When you've lost your passion, you've stopped putting energy into it. If you haven't stopped going through the motions, then you haven't lost your passion, you've lost interest. If you don't know the difference then you're going to be confused about what to do next.
